Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help.

SMS opt-in data — no sharing for marketing purposes. No mobile information collected as part of the SMS consent process will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is shared only with the specific independent septic contractor or hauler needed to fulfill your service request — never sold, and never shared with any other party for their own marketing use.

4. How We Share Information — the Fulfillment-Only Rule

Because Flagstaff Septic Pros is a referral/matching service rather than a septic contractor, the core function of this site depends on sharing your request with an independent provider so they can actually do the work. We limit that sharing to exactly what fulfillment requires:

• Your name, phone number, email, service area, and job details are shared with the specific independent septic contractor or hauler matched to your request, so they can contact you and provide a quote or service.
• We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or advertisers.
• We do not share your information with any party beyond the matched provider for that party's own independent marketing purposes.
• We may share aggregated, de-identified analytics data (not tied to you personally) with service providers who help us run this site (e.g., our web hosting and analytics platforms).
• We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Flagstaff Septic Pros, our users, or the public.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which sets cookies and similar technologies to measure how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general navigation patterns, referring source, and whether a visitor arrived from an AI assistant or search engine). GA4 does not receive your name, phone number, or email address from this site. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask what information we've shared and with whom, by contacting us using the details on our Contact page. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP to any message you receive; to stop future contact from us entirely, tell us directly and we will remove your information from our active request queue. We will respond to a verified request within a reasonable time.

8. Call Recording

Calls to our tracked phone number may be recorded for quality and record-keeping purposes. Arizona is a one-party-consent state for call recording, meaning our own consent as a party to the call is generally sufficient under Arizona law — we disclose recording here, and via a brief notice on the call itself, as a matter of practice for every caller, including callers located in a different state with different consent rules, rather than because Arizona law itself requires it.
